Kids. Ikea. While this book does not have a copyright, it seems to be newer as it has color pictures on every page. The book contains some general information on nutrition, definitions of cooking terms, and recipes for breakfast and light snacks, main meals (including soups, fish and meat, vegetables and salads, potatoes, rice and pasta, egg dishes, whole-wheat cookery and desserts), dinners and party snacks. The recipes are short and straightforward and the pictures are colorful and appetizing.
