The Dairy Cook Book by Culinary Arts Institute, edited by Ruth Berolzheimer, 1941. This food group specific vintage cookbook focuses on all things dairy. Recipes are fairly simple and multiple recipes are on each page. This is a fun book to peruse for ingredients that are no longer known to the average American (finnan haddie) or had different name in the 1940s such as vegetable marrow (squash). Multiple pages of black and white pictures are scattered throughout the book.
Condition: Vintage, good with stains on the front cover and spine. All pages intact. Dust jacket will be included but is in very poor condition.
