There are hundreds of recipes for all types of dishes from soup and salad to meat, fish and vegetables. Also some recipes on herb vinegars, herb candies and herb drinks. Detailed descriptions of herbs is included as well as how to grow them in your herb garden. A favorite chapter is devoted to garlic called "the lovable, errant lily."
