Return Policy

Vintage Grace strives to provide clear and accurate description of every item it sells on (the “site”).  All items for sale on the site are antique, vintage or pre-owned.  The condition of each item is described on the product page of the site and should be considered, along with each photo of the item, prior to purchase.  If the buyer has any questions about the condition, description, size or quantity, the buyer should contact us with those questions prior to purchase. 

However, the buyer’s satisfaction with the product is critical.  If the buyer believes that the purchased product was not accurately described or has received an incorrect item, the buyer should contact Vintage Grace within 2 business days of receiving the product.  Please provide your order number, the description of the product, and the reason for the return in the email.  Vintage Grace will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

When the product is returned to Vintage Grace in the same condition in which it was originally shipped, the original purchase price less shipping costs, both outbound and return, will be refunded to the buyer.  If the incorrect item was shipped to the buyer or Vintage Grace finds that the description of the purchased product on the site was inaccurate or misleading, the costs of shipping will also be returned to the buyer.

The buyer should expect to receive the refund within four weeks of providing the package to the return shipper, however, in many cases the buyer will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for Vintage Grace to receive the return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes Vintage Grace to process the return once it is  received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes the buyer’s bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
