Stoneware Soup Tureen with Cover and Ladle

Vintage Stoneware Soup Tureen with Cover and Ladle. This creamy white soup tureen is multi-sided with two small handles on the tureen base. Pfaltzgraff made three sizes in the Heritage White soup tureens, this one is the large size. This is a very versatile vessel for serving soup as the neutral color will match with tablescapes in fall, winter, spring or summer. You could serve a pumpkin puree at Thanksgiving, a mushroom veloute for Christmas, a spring pea soup for Easter and a cold gazpacho for July 4th, all from this same tureen.
